The Rescue Mission has been dedicated to putting love into action for over 135 years in the local community. Every day, 365 days a year, we provide clothing, food and shelter to those who need it most in Central New York. In 2022, through our programs in Syracuse, Auburn and Binghamton; the Rescue Mission served over 200,000 meals and provided over 41,000 overnight stays in our emergency shelter. Ride and Run for the Rescue is a our 10, 20, 40, and 62-mile bike ride and 5k run. People from all over Central New York come to participate. We have bike and running enthusiast as well as families that come to support our mission and help raise money to help end hunger and homelessness in Central New York!
