Ride and Run for the Rescue is back again for 2024! Join us on July 20th at Long Branch Park as we ride and run to end hunger and homelessness in Central New York! 

Choose from a variety of different races, perfect for any skill level. We offer a 62-mile bike ride, a 40-mile bike ride, a 20-mile bike ride, a 10-mile bike ride, a 2-mile family fun ride, and a certified 5k! Every mile you bike or run and every dollar you raise helps us support those who need it most in our local community.

The Rescue Mission has been putting love into action for over 135 years. 365 days a year, we provide food, shelter, and clothing to those in need in Central New York. In 2023, through our programs in Syracuse, Auburn, and Binghamton; the Rescue Mission served nearly 250,000 meals and provided over 90,000 overnight stays in our emergency shelter. Our upcoming event Ride and Run for the Rescue will be held on July 20th of this year. This event is a 10, 20, 40, and 62-mile bike ride along with 5k run. Each year we raise about or a bit over $100,000. Events like Ride and Run help our organization and mission. And allow us to continue helping our local community in Central New York through food, clothing, and shelter.
