Dear Business Owner,
Right After Prom (RAP) is a program designed to keep our Pleasant Valley students safe from drugs and
alcohol immediately following prom.
RAP is an evening of entertainment, food and fellowship for students provided by the PTA, parents, and
countless community sponsors. This year we will host the 38th annual event and we cannot continue
this tradition without your help.
The Pleasant Valley High School RAP party will be held Saturday, May 11th at the TBK Bettplex. In prior
years, RAP hosted over 650 local students.
This event is primarily funded by parent and business contributions, which are used to provide fun
games, live entertainment, refreshments and door prizes throughout the night. All contributions are tax
deductible and our Federal Tax ID number is listed below.
Will you lend your enthusiastic support to making this a safe and fun-filled evening for our community’s
youth?
We are seeking monetary donations as well as items that may be given out as prizes. Items on our wish
list include: electronics such as TVs, iPods, mini kitchen items, smart watches; restaurant and
entertainment gift cards; car wash tokens; items for dorm rooms, etc.
Thank you again for your thoughtful consideration! It is with the help of generous donations like yours
that PVHS RAP will continue to be a wonderful success and a safe, fun environment for the young adults
in our community.
