Safe and Sober's annual breakfast fundraiser is a pivotal event that plays a crucial role in our fundraising efforts. This event allows us to generate the necessary funds to provide our programmatic resources free of charge to schools and other afterschool programs. By offering our program at no-cost, we have successfully reached out to our youth and addressed the pressing need for education, especially when schools face financial constraints during challenging economic times.

This event not only serves as a means to raise funds but also offers an opportunity to enlighten our community members about the significance of our ongoing efforts to combat substance abuse amidst contemporary challenges. Initially aimed at reducing alcohol-related consequences, our program has evolved to encompass education on illicit drugs, prescription medication, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and valuable information on managing stress without resorting to substance misuse.

During the event, our audience will gain insights into how Safe and Sober has grown and made a positive impact on the lives of Missouri's youth, as well as in the 41 additional states with registered schools over the past three years. Moreover, we will present our future goals and program initiatives.

The morning will be filled with inspirational impact statements, compelling videos, and music, fostering a sense of motivation and unity among all attendees. Everyone present will have the opportunity to participate by completing pledge cards and contributing financially to support our life-saving work.

In addition to being a fundraiser, this event serves as a networking platform for our community, bringing together educators, law enforcement professionals, judges, healthcare workers, job creators, and establishing new connections within the community.
