Rising Up is a Rapid Rehousing Program for Tay Youth between the ages of 18-24 years-old. Rising Up will be hosting an event for our clients to reward their hard work in breaking down their own personal barriers. This will be an oppertunity for clients to interact with other youth in similar circumstances, ask questions about the program, learn about resources being offered, and for clients to get to know their case managers beyond the office. Food and games will be provided.
