RLMO is holding it's first masquerade ball - a festive party with hors d'ouevres and a theme-based program sharing our ministry's vision and the demonstrating the progress of our residents.  We have a steady base of yearly attendees and supporters to our formal events and this year we plan to grow in our younger demographic by adding fun to the vision.
