The Rolling Meadows High School Athletic Boosters are hosting their fourth annual FUN-RAISER on Saturday, March 2, 2024. This is one of the largest fundraisers that the boosters will host and profits of this event support ALL of the athletic programs and student athletes at RMHS.  Rolling Meadows Athletic Boosters has been responsible for raising over $275k over the last 10 years. Our funds have helped all 26 teams with over 100 items being purchased from scoreboards to team benches. This year, the Boosters will continue the tradition of awarding a $1,000 college/university/trade school scholarship to two senior student athletes.  

Our upcoming FUN-RAISER is an adult social event at the Arlington Heights Knights of Columbus Hall that consists of a buffet dinner, raffle and silent auction. We would greatly appreciate your support with a donated gift to serve as a prize. Your generosity makes an impact and is key to the success of our fundraiser. All businesses who provided donations that exceed $100.00 will have their names appear on event donor recognition materials as well as on their prize signage. In these challenging economic times, this is a cost effective way of both advertising and supporting your community at the same time.  The RMHS Athletic Boosters are a registered 501(c)(3) organization so your donations are tax deductible: TAX ID # 80-0572153 

In addition, we are looking for corporate and family event sponsors. 

$500.00 Gold sponsors:  Logo/Name is posted on all prize tables, sponsors recognition materials as well as a dining table in the main event area dedicated to advertising your business. 

$250.00 Purple sponsors:  Logo/Name is posted throughout the buffet and bar area and on sponsor recognition materials.
