Dear Community Business Owner,

I am writing on behalf of the Roberts Elementary School Parent Teacher Council to request a donation for the raffle that we hold each year during our schools Spring Fair fundraiser.  This year’s Spring Fair is being held, Friday May 12, 2023 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.

Any proceeds from the Fair will directly benefit the students of Roberts Elementary School.  In the past, we have used proceeds from the auction to fund field trips, assemblies, student experiences and many other improvements to our school.  Our latest community effort raised funds for an outdoor learning area for our students, staff, and community. Our goal is to ease, assist and enrich the lives of our students and teachers.

Although this is a fundraising event, the main goal of our Spring Fair is to create an enjoyable experience for our students, their families and our neighbors in the surrounding community.  

We would appreciate your support through a donation of a product, service or gift certificate.  No donation is too small.  Please have all donations in by Monday, May 1, 2023.  All participating donors will be recognized at the Fair, on our PTC website, and Social Media.  This is an excellent opportunity to advertise your business to hundreds of families.
