Robeson Elementary Fallapalooza
Carnival/Festival for Illinois Congress of Parents Teachers / Robeson PTAOct 11, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Hello, My name is Suzanna Coats and I am writing on behalf of the Robeson Elementary PTA to request a donation for our Fallapalooza silent auction and raffle. The fall festival is our school's biggest annual fundraiser and was started in the fall of 2005. Our students, along with their families, friends and teachers can enjoy a fun evening of games, dinner, raffles and silent auction.
With almost 500 students in grades Kindergarten - 5th the needs at Robeson are great. All of the money raised at the festival goes directly to the school through the PTA to purchase much needed items and fund programs outside the school's budget. This includes items like computers, playground equipment, literacy and library support, class field trips, family arts and science nights and much more. Our PTA strives to enrich our students' lives and educational experience in any way we can, and the funds raised at Fallapalooza go a long way toward reaching this goal.
Of course none of this is possible without generous donations from businesses like yours. Any items you could offer for this event would be greatly appreciated, and we would be honored to advertise your business in our Fall Festival flyer. The event is October 11th, 2019 and donated items can be mailed to the school at the address below or I can pick them up if need be. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
