Adolphus Elementary PTO is preparing for our first ever Rock N Roll Bingo Night to be held on
Friday, April 8, 2022, from 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm at Adolphus Elementary in Richmond, TX. By
hosting this event, we are seeking to raise funds to provide valuable resources for our school
that are not provided by the school district. Your help is needed for this to be a successful
event. We are asking your organization to please consider donating an item which would be
auctioned the night of the event.

Adolphus PTO is a 501(c)(3) organization that works diligently on behalf of Adolphus
Elementary, its faculty, and its students. It is the PTO’s objective to make Adolphus Elementary
the best possible elementary school by improving student learning, supporting teachers and
staff, and increasing communication to help build a strong sense of community. The work of
the PTO is supported by tax deductible contributions made by individuals, companies, and
organizations, such as yourself.
