Description
The Team Noah Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit and we are proud to work in conjunction with SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital to locate families that can benefit from our support. Our goal is to give back in a variety of ways to those who are in need of assistance with a child diagnosed with CHD. Nearly 1 in 100 babies are born with a heart defect in the United States each year. About 1 in 4 babies born with a heart defect (about 25%) has a critical CHD.
