Dear Sir or Madam,
Central Lutheran School is a preschool through eighth grade school in New Haven, Indiana. Each year we hold a Gala dinner-auction to raise money in support of our school, and your support is appreciated. In recent years at Central Lutheran School we have continued to expand our ministry and our buildings! With our current expansions, we look forward to hosting more events in the upcoming years and bringing more families to CLS and our local area.
This year’s Gala will continue to support the ministries of Central as well as improved and new education programming. It will take place on Saturday, April 29, 2023 in our new gymnasium. In addition to the dinner and entertainment, both live and silent auctions will be held.
We are asking for your help! First, you can donate an item or experience for our auction. The donation can come from your business or from you personally. No donation is too small. Past donations have included gift baskets, gift certificates, local experience packages, monetary donations, and services offered by a business. Second, you can be an event sponsor. By sponsoring the auction, you will have the ability to gain recognition in the auction program, on auction tables, signs and newsletters as our school, and through our Facebook page. You will also receive the benefits associated with supporting the values that Central Lutheran School provides to our students and families. Sponsorship information is included in this packet.
Please prayerfully consider tax-deductible donations (we are a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization). Complete the enclosed auction donation form to pledge your sponsorship. For your convenience, you can email, fax, or mail your donation form to us. We would like all donations accounted for by April 15th. Any donations received after April 15th will be saved for next year’s Gala.
If you would like to attend the auction, tickets will be available through the school website. Tickets are $100.00 per person and include dinner, cocktails, and the opportunity for bidding on our live and silent auction items. Our past Galas have had over 200 attendees.
