Description

Howdy Partners,

Are you ready to RODEO? Fort Bend Women’s Center is pleased to invite you to our first Rodeo at the Ranch on Saturday, November 12th at the beautiful George Ranch Historical Park. This Rodeo Celebration is to advocate for Survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. The brave clients served by Fort Bend Women’s Center are struggling to find their way to safety and independence. Fort Bend Women’s Center is here to help them. To quote John Wayne, “Courage is being scared to death…and saddling up anyway.”

So y'all, please dust off your boots and join us for a fun filled evening! Gates open at 5pm with the live rodeo featuring bull riding, bronco riding, break-away tie roping, team roping, barrel racing and goat tying, kicking off at 6:00pm.

After the Rodeo, enjoy armadillo races, live country music & dancing, great food and amazing silent auction and raffle items to win, all in support of survivors and their children.

Since 1980, Fort Bend Women's Center has served over 54,000 survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. in 2021, we served 1,990 survivors through providing lifesaving programs such as emergency shelter, counselling, housing assistance, life skills services, child mentoring and more.

Please stand with us against violence by sponsoring this special event, together we can continue to change the lives of survivors and their families and break the cycle of abuse, building a better community for everyone.

Thank you so much for your consideration and support of Fort Bend Women's Center.
