The Kansas City Foundation for Pulmonary Fibrosis (KCFPF) is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our next big event, “Rolling Out the Red Carpet!” This year’s event will take place at Crowne Plaza Kansas City, 1301 Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, MO 64105. It will be on Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 6:00 – 10:00 pm.  KCFPF was established in 2018 and is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of patients with pulmonary fibrosis and other rare lung diseases.

We have been assisting PF Support groups, giving education workshops, providing pulse oximeters to local Pulmonologists for patients to use. KCFPF helps patients with the cost of participating in Pulmonary Rehabilitation. KCFPF supplies grants to patients to attend the biennial Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) Summit.

The evening event will consist of casino games, photobooth, raffle items and a silent auction. Additionally, there will be an educational presentation on Pulmonary Fibrosis and recognizing our sponsors for their generous contributions. Our goal is to host 200 members of the community and patients, caregivers, and family members affected by pulmonary fibrosis.  We are excited to continue our mission of improving patients' lives with pulmonary fibrosis and other rare lung disorders through education, technology, and research. To accomplish our task, we need the support of companies like yours!
