Thank you for taking the time to read and consider this request.  My name is Joy Rea and I am with the Shadow Mountain High School Track & Field Booster Club.  We are seeking support with desired items to be auctioned off as a fundraiser at our Ron Smith Classic Track & Field Invitational on April 1, 2023.  Our event will host over 3,ooo people throughout the day.

Our booster club, with Tax ID 86-0469900, began last season with the mission to support both our girls’ and boys’ teams.  We are all parents of the athletes, and began this group and mission from the ground up.  

We have a GREAT group of kids who have used running, throwing and jumping as an outlet for competition, connection, and purpose.  We would like to offer our athletes the best high school athletic experience as we possibly can.  Would you be able to provide an item, gift card or basket that we could auction off for this fundraiser on April 1, 2023?  As a token of gratitude, we will display your name as a sponsor so our families, spectators and staff are aware of your generosity.
