Rooters Sponsor,

The members of the St. Lucie County Rooters 4-H Club will be hosting their Annual BBQ Dinner and Fundraiser Saturday, November 03, 2018 at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds.  Our fundraiser is a FUN filled evening of out for the ENTIRE Family!!  The dinner will include a “quarter” style auction, 50/50 raffle, Door Prizes and Live Acution Items. Proceeds from the fundraiser will help cover show expenses for the members and support the several educational opportunities that are planned for the year.  4-H has been a positive role model for youth in St. Lucie County and the Rooters 4-H Club has been an integral part for the past 25 years. Kelley Charles, the club leader for over 20 years, has guided the club to work together as a team and to develop fundamental leadership skills along with having a compassionate heart for their community. 

Potential auction items could include: hunting and/or fishing trip, original craft/artwork, weekend get-a-ways, jewelry, gift certificates, logo items, or themed gift baskets and more. It is only with the generous sponsorships of businesses such as yours that has and hopefully continues to make our annual fundraising event a wonderful success and loads of fun!!  As a corporate sponsor, you will be acknowledged as a sponsor in our advertising and at the dinner.  If you have a banner and would like it displayed at the fundraiser, please provide it to us prior to October 19th.

Our dinner will consist of BBQ pork, baked beans, coleslaw, and bread with sweet tea and bottled water. Our 4H members & parents will be providing homemade desserts for the choosing.
