This letter is to ask for your support for an exciting event to be held on behalf of the students at Sylvia Rosenauer Elementary School in Jackson, NJ.

The Rosenauer Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is hosting a Gift Auction at the Woodlake Country Club in Lakewood, NJ on April 10, 2016 to raise funds for the students of the Sylvia Rosenauer Elementary School.

This Gift Auction provides a perfect opportunity for you to help support the Rosenauer PTA and our students by making a donation of a goods or services to be auctioned off. We are counting on your donations to make our gift auction a success!

As you may already know, many schools rely on their PTA to supplement the students’ education. With the severity of the recent school budget cuts, many special programs could not be offered without the financial support of the PTA. The PTA provides funding for many worthwhile educational programs such as: school assemblies, field trips, the spelling bee, student of the month program, and college scholarships for former Rosenauer students.

Rosenauer is the smallest of the six elementary schools in Jackson with less than 350 students. We strive to hold fundraisers that fit the needs of our families while still raising sufficient funds so that all of our students have equal opportunities, regardless of their family income.

Please consider making a donation of goods or services to our gift auction. All businesses and sponsors will not go unrecognized for their generosity. There will be a program given to each person attending that will allow everyone to see the names of our gift donors. Last year we had over 400 people in attendance. This will also give your business advertising of the best kind, to let people know you and your business support and care for your community.
