Dear Friend,

This letter is to ask for your support for an exciting event to be held on behalf of the students at Sylvia Rosenauer Elementary School in Jackson, NJ.

The Rosenauer Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is hosting a Gift Auction at Jumping Brook Country Club in Neptune, NJ on March 27, 2020 to raise funds for the students of the Sylvia Rosenauer Elementary School.

This Gift Auction provides a perfect opportunity for you to help support the PTA and our students by making a donation of a goods or services to be auctioned off. All businesses and sponsors will not go unrecognized for their generosity. We will have over 250 people in attendance. There will be a program given to each person attending that will allow everyone to see the names of our gift donors. We are counting on your donations to make our gift auction a success!

We strive to hold fundraisers that fit the needs of our families while still raising sufficient funds so that all of our students have equal opportunities, regardless of their family income.

The severity of the recent school budget cuts have forced our school to cut many special programs. Because of these cuts, many programs that you and I cherished as kids are no longer being offered. These programs include school assemblies, field trips, student of the month program, and college scholarships for students as they continue their education in life.

Imagine what your school would have been like without some of these great activities and events? Fortunately, where state and federal budgets have fallen short, PTAs have filled the gaps.
