RMYA creates brighter futures for children in crisis by promoting individual success and healthy relationships in a safe, healing environment, giving children and families the tools to end the cycle of abuse.

Roy Maas Youth Alternatives (RMYA) cares for youth in the foster care system who are recovering from extreme abuse and trauma, youth who have aged out and are adjusting to life on their own, and young sex trafficking survivors.

Since 1976, RMYA has helped over 85,000 youth (ages 5 to 24) and families with therapeutic, emergency, residential and transitional living care to go on to lead healthy and productive lives, restoring hope, one child at a time.

We offer the children in our care sanctuary from cruelty, abuse, and neglect; and acknowledge that safety, security, and non-violence are foundational to rebuilding the shattered trust of these injured souls.
