We are writing to ask if you would consider donating to our 17TH ANNUAL BENEFIT AUCTION, “Run for the Roses with Ewe!”—a Kentucky Derby themed evening, which will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at the Par-A-Dice Hotel ballroom in East Peoria, IL. This 17th auction will build on the success of our previous auctions to provide the funds needed to meet the financial obligations of our school building and grounds. We pray for a capacity crowd this year who will be excited to bid on every item in our silent auction, live auction and bidding frenzy! Attendance is usually around 400 people. 

We would be most grateful to receive tickets, gift cards, items, or at your discretion, a cash or in-kind donation to help offset our costs of printing, purchasing items for donation, etc. Cash donations can be designated as one of three Sponsorships: $200.00 Live Auction, $100.00 Silent Auction, or $50 Dinner Table. All donations are listed in our auction booklet and on our website: www.goodshepherdpekin.com which we invite you to peruse to verify our request.
