Greetings from the Ladies of Medinah Shriners,
For the last 50 years, the Ladies of Medinah Shriners have hosted a Ladies Fundraiser that benefits our Shriners Children's Chicago. The next event, "Runway for the Roses" will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Medinah Shrine Center in Addison, IL and is anticipated to be attended by 500 ladies from Chicago and surrounding areas. The net proceeds from this event will benefit all Outpatient services for the Shriners Children's Chicago Care Facility located at 221 1 N. Oak Park Avenue, Chicago, IL. We look forward to raising funds for the Shrine patient kids to receive the Most Amazing Care Anywhere and make a difference in their lives. They need us and we don't want to let them down.

Shriners Children's Chicago relies on the generosity of donors to deliver its mission of life-changing medical care to children who need it most regardless of their ability to pay. For over 100 years, care has been specialized in treating children from birth to age 18 affected by orthopedic conditions, spinal cord injury, and cleft lip and palate. Your support is what makes it possible. Last year, gifts helped the Shriners network of 22 facilities care for over 121 ,000 children with medical treatment, rehabilitation therapy and special programs to further help children adjust to everyday life.

Can you help; may we count on your support please? At this event, we hold a "Lucky Lady" drawing which is a wonderful array of gift items that ladies in attendance have a chance of winning. Will you help us by donating one of the following?

       •Gold Sponsor: $500-$999

All donations should be provided by March 31, 2025, may be tax deductible, and the tax information is included on the back of this letter. Your donation is truly appreciated, it can change the life of a child, and send your love to the rescue today. With your donation your name/business logo will appear in our program booklet distributed to all attendees the day of our event. In addition to appearing in the Program booklet, Diamond and Platinum Sponsors can have an ad in the program booklet and a sign/banner displaying your name/logo at the Runway for the Roses event. For Bronze, Silver, and Gold Sponsors, full page ($100) or half page ($50) ad space in our program booklet can be purchased. •$750 Rehabilitation evaluation for one child

•$6,000 Orthodontic services for one child with cleft palate

•$8,000 Prosthetic device/artificial limb for one child
•$10,000 Infantile scoliosis treatment

•$15,000 All hospital costs for three hours

•$20,000 Spine implants to correct abnormalities for one child

•$40,000 Cleft/craniofacial team evaluations and clinic services for one month

•$50,000 Surgery for cleft lip and palate repair

•$110,000 One day of hospital operating cost
