The Russ Douglas Phoenix Golf Classic is our annual Golf Tournament--a fun day on the course reuniting with old friends, making new ones, and supporting a good cause! Here at The Phoenix Residence, we provide services for adults with disabilities in 19 group homes across the Twin Cities. Your support enables us to provide 100 individuals with the services they need to lead happy and fulfilling lives.

This year's tournament will include a round of golf, social hour, live auction, and a raffle. 

This year, we are pledging all the money we raise from this event to go directly back to our staff through our Close the Gap campaign (learn more at: https://www.phoenixresidence.org/give/close-the-gap-campaign.html)  Our industry is in a severe workforce shortage, therefore we need to continue supporting our staff as COVID becomes the new normal. We have so many heroes among us who are still working long hours and giving up time with their own family. because of our severe workforce shortage! That’s why we are pledging all the money we raise from this event to go directly back to our staff through this campaign. Your donation will directly make an impact on our community's most vulnerable population. Because the more stable workforce we have, the better care we can provide to these individuals with disabilities.
