Dear Local Community Members and Businesses,
At Sacred Heart School, we have been blessed by the generosity of many community partners.
It is this generosity that helped us raise over $60,000 in net profit for Sacred Heart School at our
2019 event. These funds are vital in helping to pay for various school operating costs which in
turn allows the school to continue to offer an affordable tuition to all families attending Sacred
Heart while providing an exceptional education.
Each year for the last 25 years, we have hosted the SHS Prime and Wine Dinner and Auction to
join as a community for a fun evening all in support of our school. We are so excited for this
year’s event that will be held on Saturday January 25, 2020. The event starts off with a prime rib or chicken dinner.  At this time, a cash raffle and other raffles take place along with a silent auction.  The dinner and silent auction end at 8pm and the live auction starts soon after.  It is sure to be a great celebration
looking back at where this event started. With your support, Sacred Heart School will
undoubtedly once again exceed their goal. In the next few weeks, our auction committee will
be reaching out to all of our past supporters to ask for their willingness to support this
wonderful event once again. It is our hope that you too see the benefit of your support and are
willing to donate.

or you can personally drop it off in the school office during school hours. Please keep in mind
that although our event is at the end of January, we would like to have all donations as soon as possilbe to allow time for advertising. Donations received will be advertised on our Facebook page, program and at the event.
