Brevard Zoo’s annual fundraising gala, Safari Under the Stars, will be held on the 24th of April 2021. This remarkable fundraiser has grown to become Brevard’s premier social event. This year is shaping up to be extra spectacular because we will welcome Jean-Michel Cousteau, an oceanographic explorer, environmentalist, educator, and film producer. This is particularly exciting as we have just recently launched The Aquarium Project to bring our community together to take a permanent stand for the health and well-being of our waterways, our quality of life and for the next generation of residents. Additionally, for the first time, this event is being offered as a hybrid, with both in-person and virtual elements, so any person anywhere can watch the livestream and bid on items!

Your business is welcomed and encouraged to take part in this incomparable weekend event by donating to either our live or silent auctions with merchandise, experiences, gift certificates or anything else that our supporters would love to have.  The dollars we raise in this way will enable us to continue the many programs, projects and initiatives that accomplish the important missions which so positively impact our community and the world…..both today and for generations to come.  As a 501©3, not-for-profit, we are unique in that we receive no recurring government funds for operations.  Thus, as we advance our work in the areas of conservation, education and animal wellness, your support, and that of the entire community, is incredibly important. 

Your participation in the Safari Under the Stars auctions, whether silent or live, will be significantly recognized as all auction items are widely promoted and exposed to a vast audience.  The silent auction is represented online via Qtego, enabling anyone and everyone to bid and participate throughout the month of April.  Live Auction items are also widely publicized and receive tremendous bidding by those in attendance.  We hope you will join us in making this amazing fundraising gala the greatest success ever!
