Our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) for St. David's Episcopal School will be holding our annual silent auction June 6, 2014 to help raise funds for our school. St. David's Episcopal school is a non-profit school providing quality care and education for students 2 1/2 to 8 years of age and we are asking for your help in providing any items for our auction. Gift certificates and merchandise from area businesses are an important part of our auction. All the monies raised will be used for school materials and supplies for the students and teachers.
In appreciation for your donation, your business name will appear in our monthly PTO Newsletters as well as the End of the Year Program. As a special "Thank You" we will also list all participating businesses in the St. David's in the Pines Episcopal Church monthly newsletter and Sunday bulletin. By donating to our school auction your business will receive instant marketing to approximately 400 families. And as a non-profit school, all items donated are tax deductible. We will send every participating business a certificate, thanking you for your donation.
Thank you in advance for your participation. Together we can make this a very successful auction for the children. All donations must reach us by Friday, May 23rd so the PTO can set up the auction. (As soon as we receive your donation, your name will be listed in our PTO newsletter which will be issued in March, April and May!)
