Our school will host its Seventh Annual Green and Gold Gala on Saturday, April 29. All proceeds from this event will be used to upgrade technology in our classrooms and to improve the security in and around our school building.

You can help to better educate and protect our students by:

·       Donating to the auction, either an item or a monetary donation.

·       Becoming a sponsor for our event (sponsorship form attached). Your logo will be viewed by hundreds of attendees and parishioners.

These giving opportunities are a wonderful way to showcase your products and services, gaining terrific exposure to our attendees. Local business leaders, parishioners and school families from Des Plaines and its neighboring communities will be in attendance that evening.

Some ideas for item donations include gift certificates for goods and services, tickets for shows, sporting events, museums, travel or weekend packages (valid through 2023 or later would be appreciated). We also create raffle baskets. Any donation will be gladly accepted and truly appreciated. All donations are 100% tax-deductible. Saint Zachary Catholic School is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization .

We ask that you please include certificates and promotional materials for display during the event, along with your donation form. It is very important to list the monetary value of the donated item. Donations may be dropped off at our school office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or we will gladly pick up the item(s) at your convenience. We would appreciate receiving the item(s) by Friday, April 7.
