The Salem Hills Elementary and Atheneum Magnet School’s PTO board is pleased to be back in action planning fun and new fundraising events for our students and community!

Traditionally, our Spring Carnival is held each year as one of many activities supported by the PTO and the money raised from the Silent Auction and the Carnival has been instrumental in funding supplemental classroom materials, educational field trips and various other projects and activities to enhance the learning experience for all students. Due to the global health crisis over recent years, community gatherings were not possible and we faced unique challenges in fostering excitement for fundraising opportunities.

As an Ashoka changemaker school, Salem Hills is proudly rooted in community building and outreach. In these times we have the opportunity to strengthen all that we teach about being a neighbor and persevering together. This year we are thrilled to be introducing a new Winter Carnival and host another spring online silent auction.

We are asking your organization to consider generously making a donation to our Carnival and auction. We are in need of gift certificates, cash donations, tickets, or items that could be used for either our carnival prizes or for our Silent Auction. Any donation you make is a great opportunity to connect with your community and would be very much appreciated by the students, staff and parents of Salem Hills Elementary and Atheneum Magnet Schools.

If you would like to contribute, please send your donation to the following address. We are unable to collect donations at the school address at this time. Please include a contact person, address and email address with your donation. We will send a receipt from the PTO with the non-profit 501(c)(3) information for your tax purposes.
