The San Joaquin Heart & Stroke Walk celebrates lifestyle changes and encourages participants to pledge a healthy lifestyle while raising funds to provide life-saving research and initiatives. The Heart walk is attended by hundreds of people each year and funds raised go towards the American Heart Association directly. With the support of organizations like yours, donated items go towards fundraising events for the San Joaquin Heart Walk; funds are raised for cardiac heart research but most importantly these funds go specifically towards pediatric research for our children who are born with or acquire heart disease, and ultimately, they are our future!
