The Sandhills Farm Life Elementary School PTA will be holding its annual Fall Festival on October 20, 2023.  This event brings our students, staff, families, and community together for a night of games, food, and fun.  As part of our Fall Festival, we will have a Silent Auction in which themed baskets will be bid on throughout the night.  We hope to be able to have bidding both in person and online simultaneously to increase exposure.  In years past our festival has drawn in crowds of over 500 people, not including volunteers.  One hundred percent of the proceeds from this event will go directly back to the teachers and students.  

We would greatly appreciate your support through the donation of an item or items that could be included in one of our auction baskets, or auctioned individually.  We would love to recognize and show our support for your company that evening, on our social media, and in our monthly PTA Newsletter. 

Our PTA is classified as tax-exempt under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).  Therefore, in addition to benefiting our school, your contribution is tax deductible and may be treated as a charitable contribution when calculating your federal income taxes.
