Dear All,

It is with great excitement that we invite you to participate in a very special event!  On Friday, May 19, 2023 Sandy Hook Elementary School will host our annual Parents Night Out.  Sandy Hook Elementary School is a public school located in Newtown, CT.  Our mission is stated in our school song “Think You Can, Work Hard, Get Smart, Be Kind and Have Fun” which all of our approximately 400 students sing with great pride.

Our annual event benefits the school programs lead by our Parent Teacher Association (PTA).  All money raised goes towards providing Sandy Hook School students with the best tools and resources available to support our students and teachers and improve the students’ daily school experience.

Our parent auction is successful because of the generous donations from our surrounding business community. Your participation would mean so much to our students. Please consider donating an item, gift certificate, or service to our auction.  As a contributor to our auction, the benefits include:

Business name recognized in auction program booklet
Business name/donation publicized throughout the school community on our online auction
Business/item promoted in communications about the auction
 

The deadline for all auction donations is May 12, 2022.  We are sincerely grateful for your generosity to help support Sandy Hook Elementary School students.  SHS PTA is a non-profit, charitable organization our Tax ID is 06-6185553.
