Description

The Saratoga Elementary PTA is hosting a spring party and fundraising auction for adult parents, caregivers, teachers, staff, and SES community members! We will have a raffle, silent and live auctions, music, dancing, food, drink, and more... with all proceeds benefiting the amazing and vital enrichment programs sponsored by our PTA. The PTA supports a vast range of programs, events, and opportunities for the school's students and greater community: art, author visits, drama club, robotics, fun and educational assemblies, monthly recognition initiatives, inclusivity week, bi-annual book fairs, the school garden, school and library improvements, and community events like the Back to School Ice Cream Social, Fall Pumpkin Walk, Holiday Boutique, Talent Show, Spring Musical, International Night, and much more.

Saratoga Elementary School has served the community of Saratoga for over 150 years and has been recognized as one of California’s distinguished schools. The school has proudly maintained a history of producing high-achieving, happy students who have gone on to be successful and contributing adults within our community. A key part of this success is certainly the enrichment programs provided through the PTA. While we consider every one of these initiatives to be absolutely vital, the PTA would not be able to support them without first successfully fundraising from the school community. We expect our Spring Gala & Auction to be the largest fundraiser of the year, and we greatly appreciate all donors whose generosity will make our event a success! Families in Saratoga love to support local Bay Area businesses and discover new favorite spots every day.

All donations will be included either individually or as part of a package in our raffle or auction events. Donors will be named and recognized in our live event website, and listed in any programs distributed for the event. Sponsors who provide direct financial contributions will receive additional recognition in a spotlighted page of our website, and in our weekly e-newsletter distributed to the SES community on a weekly basis.
