This year’s Saturday Morning on the Royalston Common fundraiser takes place on May 31, 2025. This annual event attracts hundreds of folks from near and far and features a pancake breakfast, a silent auction, kids activities, live music, food and beverages, Morris dancers, a yard sale, plant sale, and more. It feels like a village fair! 

The Village School is a nature-based independent school in Royalston, MA, funded entirely through tuition and contributions from generous supporters like you. Serving children from 20 surrounding towns in preschool through 6th grade, we are committed to keeping tuition low; we rely on donations and fundraisers to meet our goals and keep tuition accessible, providing local children with outdoor spaces to grow and thrive in this unique rural educational setting. 

This year we have a special fundraising project, with a goal of raising $75,000 to expand our outdoor preschool program. We will build two yurts for our outdoor classroom, providing students with a home base that is warm, dry, and sheltered from the weather.

Please consider donating an item or gift certificate to the auction this year, or becoming a sponsor. Please complete the attached donation form, and return it in the enclosed envelope. You can also help promote the event by posting the enclosed flier. 

This is a good opportunity for visibility for your business, through the hundreds of attendees as well as our social media presence.
