Description

SAV for the Future: Rave for the Future is a themed fundraiser taking place at Central Park in St. Anthony Village, MN. The evening will feature dinner, a silent auction, a live program, a raffle, and dancing. We anticipate 200+ attendees, and sponsor logos will be showcased on the event ticket website and during the event itself.

Proceeds from the SANBE Foundation fundraiser will be used to provide grants for teachers and staff of ISD 282, allowing them to request and receive small grants (up to $750) or large grants (up to $10,000) to fund innovative and essential resources for their curriculum. In the past, these grants have supported a 3D printer for the STEM lab, sun spotter telescopes for astronomy lessons, books featuring diverse perspectives and languages, and flexible seating options to accommodate different learning styles. These grants directly enhance learning opportunities for all students in their classrooms, fostering a more engaging and inclusive educational environment.

Additionally, the event will help remove financial barriers for students in need, ensuring they can fully and equitably participate in school-related programs and events, including extracurricular activities, sports, and other enrichment opportunities.

As the smallest school district in the state, ISD 282 often struggles to find extra funds in the budget for these vital needs. We deeply appreciate any organization willing to donate a item for our silent auction or provide a monetary donation to help us support these initiatives and make a meaningful impact on our students and educators.
