Please accept this as an introduction to We Care of Centreal Florida and our 9th Annual Save Your Sweethearts Event. This event is scheduled to be held on Saturday February 10,2024 at Del Webb in Davenport, Flroida at the Montecito Clubhouse. Each year we seek donations from our local businesses for our very popular live, and silent auction, which to date has raised more than $150,000. To show how much we appreciate your support we will advertise your logo and or information on the evening of our event.

This annual event held by the dedicated resident of the Del Webb community raises critically needed funds for We Care of Central Florida's "Project Think Pink" (PTP). PTP provides FREE mammograms and other breast care services to uninsured men and women in Polk County.In addition, We Care assures that there is the capacity to continue treatment after an abnormal finding or diagnosis of breast cancer. Last year alone, PTP provided more than 800 mammograms to women in Polk County. 100% of the proceeds raised through this fundraiser go to direct patient care and ARE NOT used for any other purpose.

Project Think Pink remains the only active program in Polk County that provides access to the entire continuum of care of breast health services (screening, diagnostic treatment, and follow up care) for this target population of low income, uninsured residents of Polk County.
