In the month of May the Scholarship Committee has a themed basket raffle to help raise money for our scholarships we award three (3) high school seniors from  Silver Valley High School and/or the Alternative Education Center. The basket items are donated by CSEA members from the different school sites in the district, some themes have included family movie night, bbq items, family game night, gardening items. We have used tickets to theme parks and/or rooms from Laughlin Nevada as the grand prize in the raffle. We do have other raffles throught out the year to also help with the scholarship fund. We have partcipation from not only CSEA Chapter 374 members, approximately 150 members, but also those who live in the community.
