In our continuous effort to raise funds for new and renewable scholarships, Linclon Heights Dollars For Scholars ( LH DFS) is hosting Scholarship Sunday, an annual event to celebrate our scholarship recipients and raise funds for future awards. In 2024, Scholarship Sunday recognized 31 scholarship recipients (new & renewable awards totaling $42,900) and celebrated with over 100 supporters and scholarship recipients.

As a result of our community’s support, Scholarship Sunday 2024 was able to raise $23,000, which will be used to fund 30 scholarships awarded to deserving students this year. We are focused on increasing our fundraising efforts to surpass the amount fundraised last year so we are reaching out to kindly request your support in the form of a donation for our silent auction. We hope to showcase your donated item on Scholarship Sunday and award the donation to an attendee who supports our cause. Your donation would be greatly appreciated and would help us support our student’s educational endeavors. Thank you very much for your consideration.
