Hello!  The Home and School Association of School #2, Clifton, NJ, Inc. will be hosting a Tricky Tray Auction fundraising event.  This event will be held at School #2 on Sunday, April 28, 2024 and is our most popular and most profitable fundraiser of the year.  We are expecting over 200 attendees.    All proceeds of this event will go towards our annual contributions to the school such as library support, teachers’ wish list items, assembly and enrichment programs, field trips and other special projects.   

The Home and School Association of School #2 is a not-for-profit 501(c)3.  Our mission is to promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school and community; to establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with the professional staff of School 2 for the purpose of supplementing and enriching the educational, emotional, and learning experience of its students.  We also sponsor food, toy and coat drives for those less fortunate families in our school and community.

As in the past, the success of our fundraiser exclusively depends on contributions from sponsors who generously donate various items to our Tricky Tray fundraiser.  We believe that a donation from your business would be a great addition to our raffle.  We hope that you will consider donating a gift certificate, gift basket, actual product, or making a monetary donation to be used towards this event.  As a donor, you will be recognized in our event program.

We also offer businesses the option to be a Sponsor.  Sponsorship benefits include your company logo displayed at our event, in our program, and on our Facebook page.  Please see the enclosure regarding the various sponsorship opportunities available.

Checks for monetary donations can be made payable to HSA of School #2, Clifton, NJ, Inc.  As we are a Charitable Organization under IRS Code section 501(c)3, your gift may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes.  Receipts for monetary or gift donations will be provided upon request.
