Description

This spring the Indian Valley Elementary School will host our annual auction, the biggest fundraiser of the year for our beloved school. The auction will be shared with about 500 parents and 30 staff and all proceeds supporting  this wonderful Walnut Creek school.
To make this event as successful as possible, we rely on the generous support that we receive from our local businesses and community participants, who sponsor the event or donate many exciting auction items and experiences. Thanks to the community’s generosity in the past, the auction has helped fund science enrichment, upgrade computer and library materials, and provide new classroom supplies and tools otherwise beyond our fiscal reach. Due to low per student funding from the state for public schools, the impact that parents and the business community can make when they work together through fundraising is profound, and truly enriches our children’s educational experiences.
We would be honored if you would consider becoming a sponsor or providing a physical donation to be bid on at our auction.  Your tax-deductible donation is a perfect way to reach local community members and increase your businesses exposure in the area. All of our sponsors and donors will be recognized in event promotions.
