I hope this message finds you well. My name is Erica Espinal, and I serve as the Executive Assistant to the President of SUNY Maritime College. I am reaching out to share information about our participation in the New York State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) campaign, which encourages employees to support nonprofit organizations that resonate with them during the holiday season.

To inspire participation, we host a raffle where employees who donate have the chance to win exciting prizes. This raffle is a vital component of our efforts to promote charitable giving within our community. Employees can donate to a wide range of causes, from the National Parks Conservation Association and St. Jude's Children’s Research Hospital to the American Red Cross and the ASPCA. We would be grateful if you would consider contributing a prize for this year’s raffle.

Your generous donation would not only enhance the raffle but also help boost participation in the campaign. Every contribution, regardless of size, plays a significant role in encouraging others to give and making a positive impact on the causes our employees support.
