Womenpalante Series for Success, Health and Wellness is a series of training workshops for mompreneurs. Each class will address a topic related to being a mompreneur and most importantly, managing your wellness while taking care of your family and business. The price is $20 USD and includes the 6 workshop package. In addition, for the purchase of this workshop you will contribute to the scholarship of a female entrepreneur in Colombia and Ecuador.

Each workshop will feature speakers from different countries and specialists in different areas such as entrepreneurship, physical and mental health, family therapy and motherhood.

1. Creating mental health and wellbeing as a mompreneur
We will share how you can look for signs of emotional exhaustion, depression and the most important recovery tips so you can reduce stress and take care of your mental health.

Mothers will learn how they can conquer the challenges of running a business, raising a family, starting/managing the ups and downs of being a mother and entrepreneur.

You will learn how to integrate your partner into your entrepreneurial journey, maintain healthy relationships and manage the pressure and lows of your business in your relationship.

5. Nutrition as a Mumpreneur
This will be an interactive workshop on nutrition knowledge, ways to improve health outcomes and encourage healthy eating habits.

6. Mompreneur Success Stories
The panel will feature mompreneurs who will share stories of how they took ideas and turned them into reality and their best tips. This workshop will end with a time for participants to be inspired and network.
