On behalf of the Serrano Intermediate School PTSA, we are respectfully requesting a donation
for our 2022 Silent Auction fundraiser. The proceeds from this event will go towards supporting
student learning.

State budget cuts to education continue to impact our students and the
classroom. We need your help to provide additional funding to our student population of more
than 1000 so we are able to continue support of Art program, Science Fair, Performing Arts
Assemblies and Library Enrichment.

Our PTSA Silent Auction is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 10th and 11th, 2022
Virtually. This is our third time hosting this event and is highly anticipated by the parents of
Serrano Intermediate School. We will be holding the silent auction as well as opportunity
drawings during the event, and would love for your business to be represented.

Supporting our school is an excellent marketing tool to promote your business in our community
(in addition to helping our students learn and grow). In exchange for your tax-deductible
donation, your company will be listed in our PTA newsletter and on a supporter recognition
banner on campus. Your business will also be recognized on our Serrano Intermediate School
PTSA Facebook page.

We are asking for all donations by Friday, November 21, 2022 so we have time to include them
in the auction and marketing materials. If you are able to support us or would like more
