Luke 14:12's Sharing the Table Breakfast Fundraiser will take place on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at The Omni Nashville.  This is our fifth annual breakfast fundraiser and our third year of including an on-site silent auction as part of our event.  Last year we raised over $40,000 from local Nashvillians.  We anticipate that our 250 guests will learn of our mission to serve those who are hungry and homeless in Nashville.  Those who donate to our silent auction will be noted in print and online media.

Luke 14:12 is an ecumenical outreach program through which persons of diverse faith communities join together in a common effort to address the needs of those who are inadequately fed (from Luke 14:12’s bylaws). The mission of Luke 14:12 is to provide hot, nutritious meals to the hungry, homeless and working poor of the Nashville area. At noon every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and every other Wednesday, Luke 14:12 offers a dinner-style meal to an average of 250 hungry individuals. We anticipate serving meals to over 43,000 hungry Nashvillians by the end of 2019. Luke 14:12 is funded through the local support of individual donors, groups, agencies and churches.  Luke 14:12 utilizes the help of over 2,400 volunteers annually.  We are Nashville's soup kitchen.
