I am seeking in-kind donations on behalf of Chanarambie Christian Camps, DBA Lost Timber Bible Camp. Lost Timber is hosting an online fundraising auction to raise money for a building project at our facilities. The building project is an addition to our dining hall which will allow us to serve more guests during each meal and effectively impact the lives of more people during our events.

We are seeking a wide variety of items to list on our online auction in an effort to appeal to all of our constituents. We will be using an online auction service that is free for non-profits to use which will allow us to maximize our fundraising efforts.

We plan to host the auction in October and it will last for two weeks and we will continue to promote the auction and highlight specific auction items throughout that period. We also plan to provide a detailed list of all of our sponsors/donors who contributed items to the auction. The winning bidder will receive the auction item(s) that they won at the conclusion of the auction and the monies raised will be dedicated to our building fundraiser.
