Dear Community Partner,  

We are reaching out to ask for your company or organization’s support for our upcoming Silent Auction held in conjunction  with our annual Spring Carnival on Friday, April 19, 2024. Shirley Hills Primary School is located on the western banks of  Lake Minnetonka in Mound, Minnesota, and is comprised of approximately 440 students in grades K-4.  

This is our largest fundraising event of the year and attended by hundreds of community members. This popular event  would not be possible without the generous support of our great community partners. We hope you will consider  supporting us by donating an item, gift card, or service to our auction. Not only does your donation benefit the children  at Shirley Hills, but you will receive some excellent community exposure and advertising. The Shirley Hills PTA is a 501(c)(3)  charitable organization, Fed ID# 41-1386081, which may make your donation eligible for a tax deduction.  

Proceeds raised from our Silent Auction will continue to provide additional enrichment tools for our students. Funds in  the past have helped purchase a book vending machine, build an incredible playground, create an outdoor classroom, and  provide additional support to the amazing staff and students we are so lucky to have at Shirley Hills!  

Your donation would be greatly appreciated and would make the auction exciting for all. Please return the bottom portion  of this letter to Shirley Hills by March 15, 2024.
