Our 100% volunteer fire company has been actively involved in making a difference in our community every day, whether that is fire prevention, talking with neighbors, or fighting fires. Our services within Shrewsbury and much of the Susquehanna Valley are used daily, through active fire calls, motor vehicle accident, and Advanced Technical Rescue (ATR).

 We will be hosting our 74th annual Shrewsbury Fireman’s Carnival June 26-July 1, 2023. This fundraiser is our most successful and profitable event of the year for our fire company and it would not be successful without the community. We enjoy giving back to our community with a fun-filled, family-friendly carnival, which includes rides, games, food, and entertainment. All proceeds from this event go directly back to the Shrewsbury Volunteer Fire Company for upkeep of our building and maintenance of the apparatus.

 Our event holds an annual chance raffle, which includes various prizes. In previous years prizes have includes recliners, 4-wheelers, outdoor swings, televisions, and various gift certificates. To continue this great tradition as well as a great cause, we would like to ask if your business would be willing to donate merchandise for our chance stand.
