I am writing on behalf of the Mitchell Elementary PTA. Mitchell is a Title I Plano ISD Elementary School with almost 600 students. We are holding a Silent Auction to raise funds for the 2022-2023 school year. These funds are used towards teacher and school-based needs such as healthy & safety supplies, classroom materials, library resources, classroom technology, fine arts supplies, music programs, STREAM supplies, athletic equipment, and capital improvements. In addition, they help fund our PTA programs such as teacher appreciation, educational field trips, social events, school carnival, Red Ribbon Week, International Night, and Book Fair. This year’s silent auction will be hosted online from November 4th through 13th, 2022.

Your company can help by donating goods or services to be auctioned off to our families and neighbors. The Mitchell PTA is a tax-exempt organization and all contributions are tax deductible. Our tax ID number and donation receipt can be provided to our donors. Your company will also be recognized in our newsletter and Facebook page, providing a great opportunity to promote your business to hundreds of families in our area!

It is only with your help that the PTA will be able to support vital literacy and arts programs for students and teachers in our school. We are very grateful for all donations we receive and thank you in advance for contributing to our auction!
