Dear Partner,

Shirley Hills Primary, a Westonka Public School, is located on the western banks of Lake Minnetonka, serving roughly 420 kids in grades K-4. We are preparing to host a Silent Auction in conjunction with our Winter Carnival on February 9th, 2018.  

Our Silent Auction is attended by hundreds of community members and this year our Silent Auction will also be accessible online. This event would not be possible without the support of generous donors such as you.  We hope you will consider being a part of our Silent Auction by making a donation of a service, gift certificate, or merchandise. Not only does your donation benefit the children at Shirley Hills, you will receive some excellent community exposure and advertising. The Shirley Hills PTA is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, Fed ID#: 41-1386081, so your donation may be eligible for a tax deduction.

Proceeds raised from our Silent Auction will provide additional enrichment tools for our students in the form of an outdoor classroom.  Important academic enhancements that have been funded by the PTA have helped our school achieve one of the Nation’s top honors for schools, The Blue Ribbon of Excellence Award, for “exemplary education.”
