I am writing on behalf of the Mechanicsville Elementary School PTA (Tax ID # 52-1495075) near Westminster, MD. Each year the PTA organizes a Spring Fundraiser and Silent Auction in order to raise money for instructional equipment and classroom tools to enhance the learning environment of our students. This year the event will be held on May 18, 2022. I am writing to request a donation for the silent auction portion of our event.
In exchange for your tax-deductible contribution, we will promote your business through display materials.
