Dear Community Supporter:

Darby Avenue Elementary PTA’s mission is to positively impact the lives of children, families, and community. At Darby PTA, we are seeking donations for our virtual silent auction via 32auctions website scheduled for March 28, 2023. Your contribution will allow us to sponsor essential programs and school supplies for our students.  

This means beautifying our reading garden, adding a library with a collection of books for our students.   Also, funds will supply students struggling financially with pens, pencils, paper, etc. and a chance to participate in programs like the annual Trunk or Treat, ice cream social, talent show, art night, children’s day, and Friendship Fiesta to name a few.

The goal is to raise $7,500.  Last year’s money provided funds for us to pay for assemblies, student planners, school assemblies, provide supplies to our teachers and classrooms, a teacher’s welcome back breakfast, pay for field trip buses for all grade levels, and financed staff appreciation week to name a few.  

Here are some options for donations:  

Any denomination of money
Tangible items:  tickets, gift cards, vouchers, certificates, gift baskets or any kind of merchandise
Services:  car detailing, construction, landscaping, photography, tutoring, athletics, etc. 
Darby PTA is a 501(c)(3) organization, so your donation is tax deductible by law.  TAX ID # 95-6204172.
