We are writing on behalf of the Monon Trail Elementary School PTO to request donations for our annual silent auction to be held in March 2024 -- this event is planned to run the week of March 10, 2024.
Funds raised from our silent auction help purchase equipment and supplies for our
classrooms, fund teacher grants, recognize and celebrate student achievements and so
much more!
Monon Trail Elementary School is a Title 1 school in Westfield, Indiana, which currently
serves over 700 students, nearly half of whom are eligible to receive free or reduced lunch.
Monon Trail Elementary School PTO is a volunteer organization made up of parents,
teachers, and administrators who are all dedicated to the successful education of our
children. The purpose of our organization is to promote the welfare of our children in the
home, school, and community by providing support for educational and recreational needs.
We would love to have your partnership in the form of a donation as we continue to support our amazing school, our extraordinary students, and our phenomenal staff. Donors will be recognized regularly by name on both the MTES PTO website and via our robust social media accounts, as well as on materials that will be sent home to our families in advance of the event.
